We had already been producing work on a voluntary basis for this client when we were asked to write a feature article for their flagship magazine. Already a supporter of this excellent charity’s great work, we were excited to contribute to such a venerable publication.
We had fun with this project, which combined two of our favourite subjects: animals and sport. Having submitted the final version of our 1,500-word article, we looked forward to seeing it in print, proud that our writing would forever be associated with such a worthy cause.
Our article ended up taking pride-of-place in an issue celebrating the 90th anniversary of the charity.
We’ve written words that have been read by literally millions of people in both digital and printed form, but this may well have been the first time we’ve had our own traditional-style print byline.
We continue to work for this client, volunteering for their busy media office and producing blog posts for their small writing team. We’re already working on another magazine article.
